I’m not thinking about anything other than what I’m doing. I’m completely involved in what I’m doing. I feel good‚ I don’t feel pain‚ and it seems as though I can’t hear anything. It’s as though I am distant from everything. I forget my problems. I don’t realize that I’m concentrating. I think that if my mother called me‚ or if the doorbell or telephone rang‚ I wouldn’t hear it. Once I finish doing that activity I get “connected” with the world again.

اعتبار : آلفا برای کل 0.85 و برای عاطفه و شناخت 0.80 و برای ادارک از پیشرفت و توانایی 0.77
شرح : مفهوم flow  (شارش، جریان ) به عنوان یک حالت روانی تجربه مطلوب توسط Csikszentmihalyi  در سالهای 1998، 1999 ایجاد شده است. مراد از آن حالتی مثبت، درهم تنیده و خوشایند در تحقق یک امر است . تجربه مطلوب در طیف گسترده ای از فعالیت های کار، تحصیل، تفریح ، ورزش و دیگر امور می تواند رخ دهد.
در بخش نخست بررسی می شود که فرد تجربه مطلوب را در چه فعالیت ویژه ای داشته است. ماده های 1 و 2 و 3 ، سپس اراده فرد در تحقق آن بررسی می شود.
در بخش دوم کیفیت تجربه در دو بعد عاطفه و شناخت، درک از پیشرفت و توانایی مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد. سرانجام در ماده 27 از جوان درباره همراهش در زمان بروز آن تجربه پرسش می شود.

نمره گذاری:
بخش یک :دو پرسش 1 و 4 چند گزینه ای و دو پرسش 2 و 3 باز پاسخ هستند.
در بخش دوم ماده های 1 تا 5 و ماده های 20 – 26 دارای طیف 5 گزینه ای لیگرت و ماده های 6 تا 12 از گونه "تفکیک معنایی" هستند.
