شرح سایت روان سنجی: "کراوس، 2005" کوشش کرد تا "باورها"، " اعمال اسلامی"، " اعمال اخلاقی"، " انضباط شخصی" ،" مسئولیت و تعهد" و " احساس حضور/ حس ارتباط با خداوند" را برپایه قرآن و ملاک های اهل سنت، ابزاری برای شخصیت دینداری مسلمان فراهم کند. او در سال 2007 با تحلیل عاملی ، سه عامل: رفتارهای همساز اجتماعی، رفتارهای مذهبی و رفتار اجتماع ستیزی را برای آن شناسایی کرد. سیاهه دارای 99 گویه است. گویه های 11، 47 و 58 در ابزار نیست.

این که چرا گویه 97 در آخرین گویه بار دیگر تکرار شده ، یا گویه 24 دوبار با مقادیر متفاوت در یک جدول و دو عامل آمده ، برای این سایت روشن نیست.
"کراوس و همکاران، 2007" با تغییراتی که در متن بالا دیده می شود، ابزار را بر روی مسلمانان،هندوها، بودایی ها و ترسایان به کار گرفت و تفاوت پاسخدهی میان آنان را معنی دار یافت. از آن جا که برخی گویه ها برای غیر مسلمان موضوعیت نداشته است، اقتباسی از آن در زیر هر گویه به کار گرفته اند.
یاد آور شود که مراد "کراوس" از solat نماز (صلواه)، sawm روزه (صوم)، wudhu وضو است. "کراوس" صدقه و زکات را تفکیک نمی کند.
"راضیه عثمان و هیلوانی حریری، 2012" در مطالعه خود، چهار عامل برای این ابزار شناسایی می کنند.
