شرح سایت روان سنجی: خلق و خوی بازدارنده در سالهای نخست زندگی در اضطراب معنادار بالینی و احتمالا افسردگی نقش دارد. دو ابزار AMBI و RMBI برای بررسی ویژگی بازداری پدید آمده است.
AMBI و RMBI به ترتیب برای ذهنیت زمان کنونی و گذشته اند.
