شرح سایت روان سنجی: غم و انده پس از مرگ یک عزیز، یک اختلال یا بیماری نیست مگر آن که به گونه قابل توجهی برای مدت شش ماه ادامه داشته باشد. تا جایی که آنچنان پیچیده می شود که فرد برای از سرگیری فعالیت ها و مسئولیت ها دچار ناتوانی می شود. در چنین شرایطی باورهای مذهبی می تواند هم به عنوان منبع فشار و هم منبع ارامش باشد. این پرسشنامه با دو عامل "ناامیدی از خدا (تا امنی با خدا)" و "اختلال در اعمال مذهبی" برای سنجش میزان از دست دادن ایمان در افراد طراحی شده است.
