شرح : این پرسشنامه دارای عامل های : خانواده ( اعتماد، ارتباطات و بیزاری)، همسالان ( اعتماد، ارتباطات، بیزاری / ناخرسندی، خلاف کاری)، معلم ( وابستگی، بیزاری/ ناخرسندی) ، مدرسه ( پیوند، خطرات) و محله ( همسایگان مثبت ، خطرناک) است.
