شرح سایت روان سنجی: این مقیاس چهار جنبه هوش هیجانی : ارزیابی هیجان خود، ارزیابی هیجان دیگران، کاربرد هیجان و ساماندهی هیجان را پوشش می دهد.
"وونگ و همکاران، 2004" نسخه 40 گویه ای این ابزار را نیز ارائه کرده اند.

Wong & Law (2002) reported that the four facets had an internal reliability range of .76-.89.
