The questions are in groups of five.
Read all five questions in a group‚ and then answer those five questions.
Circle the number from 0 to 5 to show how much each statement is true of you now.
Then move on to the next group.
When you choose your answer‚ think about how you feel now‚ not how you have felt some time in the past.
For example: Q.38 says “I am beginning to learn about mental illness and how I can help myself.”
Q.39 says “I now feel fairly confident about managing the illness.

شرح سایت روان سنجی:این ابزار برای یافتن مراحل بهبودی از دیدگاه مراجع - دوره بیرون شدن از نا امیدی و از دست رفتگی، آگاهی از این که همه چیز از بین نرفته است و زندگی ممکن است، آمادگی برای یافتن قوت و ضعف ها درباره بهبودی و همچنین برای شروع به کار و آغاز کردن بازیابی خود، بازسازی به معنی کار برای یافتن هویت مثبت و تعیین اهداف و در دست گرفتن مهار زندگی، سرانجام یافتن یک زندگی معنی دار با مدیریت بیماری همراه با انعطاف پذیری و حس مثبت به خود-  پدید آمده است.
ابزار 50 گویه دارد که در 10 گروه پنج تایی ارائه شده است. که هر گروه یکی از چهار زمینه فرایند بهبودی: "امید، هویت، معنی و مسئولیت پذیری" را نشان می دهد. (آندرسن و همکاران، 2003).
این ابزار دارای نسخه های STORI-30 و SISR و SIST-R است.
