در ایران روایی و پایایی این ابزار در سال 1384 این پرسشنامه توسط "عقیلی و برکتین" انجام شده است.
اعتبار: آلفا کرونباخ 0.9، حساسیت 0.73
در ایران "مسائلی، افشار و همکاران، 1391) آلفاکرونباخ این ابزار را 0.76 گزارش کرده اند.
