شرح سایت روان سنجی: ابزار پژوهشی برای بررسی ظرفیت عملکردی و سلامت روان سالمندان دارای بستری طولانی مدت است. این ابزار می تواند برای بیماران بستری و یا سالمندان در جامعه به کار گرفته شود.
اعتبار: میان رده بندی کنندگان توسط سه ارزیاب دارای ضریب کندال 0.91 است. همبستگی مچدد پس از سه روز 0.83، باژازمایی پس از یک هفته 0.89 برای نسخه یکم و برای نسخه دوم ارزیابی میان دو پرستار به صورت مستقل در دامنه 0.62 تا 0.98، بازآزمایی پس از سه روز بین 0.58 و 0.96
نمره گذاری: این مقیاس توسط پرستار و یا فرد آشنا با بیمار تکمیل می شود. رده بندی کننده باید بیمار را در شرایط گوناگون مشاهده کند.
