شرح سایت روان سنجی: این ابزار مقیاسی درجه بندی بالینی برای ارزیابی شدت شناختی، عاطفی و کاستی های رفتاری در بیماران آلزایمری است و شاخصی از شدت کلی زوال عقل را نشان می دهد.
دو نسخه 40 و 21 ماده ای دارد و نزدیک به سی دقیقه اجرای آن زمان می برد.
اعتبار: توافق میان ارزیابان برای نسخه چهل ماده ای نزد بیماران زوال عقل 0.89 و نزد سالمندان عادی 0.89، بازازمایی پس از شش ماه 0.97 نزد بیناران آلزایمری، 0.52 نزد سالمندان عادی
در نسخه 21 ماده ای، بازآزمایی پس از یک ماه برای وجه شناختی 0.92 و برای غیرشناختی 0.59. توافق میان ارزیابان در وجه شناختی 0.99 و 0.95 برای وجه غیر شناختی(ویر و همکاران،1997)

For each severity scale‚ 0 signifies no impairment on a task or the absence of a particular behavior. A rating of 5reflects severe impairment or high frequency of abehavior
