شرح سایت روان سنجی: این پرسشنامه ادارک ورزشکاران از جو انگیزشی ایجاد شده توسط مربیان رامی سنجد. از دو مقیاس "جو تکلیف محور (تسلط)" و " جو خود محور (عملکرد)" دارد و شش عامل تلاش / پیشرفت، نقش مهم، یادگیری مشارکتی، رقابت درون تیمی اعضا، به رسمیت شناختن نابرابری، و مجازات خطا را پوشش می دهد. نسخه یکم این پرسشنامه توسط "سفریز و همکاران، 1992" ارائه شد.
