شرح سایت روان سنجی: این مقیاس با 37 ماده در سال 2000 با عنوان Attitudes Toward Diabetes برای سنجش خودکارآمدی افراد دارای دیابت ارائه شد. پس از تحلیل عاملی 28 ماده با سه عامل پدید آمد.
"آذر طل و همکاران، 1390" روایی و پایایی این مقیاس را مورد مطالعه قرار داده اند.
اعتبار: هماهنگی درونی، آلفا کرونباخ برای فرم 28 ماده ای 0.96 و برای فرم 8 ماده ای 0.84 گزارش شده است.
Managing the psychosocial aspects of diabetes with 9 items (α = 0.93)‚ Assessing dissatisfaction and readiness to change with 9 items (α = 0.81)‚ and Setting and achieving goals with 10 items (α = 0.91).
