شرح سایت روان سنجی: این ابزار برای درجه بندی مشکلات رفتاری کودک (توسط والدین، معلم، دیگر مراقبان) طراحی شده است.
اعتبار: هماهنگی درونی، آلفا در دامنه 0.8 تا 0.86 برای جوانان و 0.6 تا 0.7 برای کودکان. بازآزمایی پس از یک تا چهار هفته 0.71 تا 0.89 برای جوانان و 0.5 برای کودکان
نمره گذاری: ماده های 1، 6 و 10 برای مشکل جهت گیری نشده اند.
1 = rarely or never‚ 2 = A little of the time‚ 3 = Some of the time‚ 4 = A good part of the time‚ 5 = Most or all of the time
