شرح سایت روان سنجی: این مقیاس برای مشاهده سلامت روانی و عملکرد روانی اجتماعی کودکان در سامانه های رفاهی و قضایی طراحی شده است. دو بعد گسترده بیرونی (ناسازگاری، پرخاشگری، تخریب گری، تکانش گری، مشکلات توجه، بیش فعالی و بزه کاری) و درونی (اضطراب، ترس، شرم، عزت نفس پایین، غم- اندوه و افسردگی) را اندازه گیری می کند.
این مقیاس می تواند توسط والدین و معلم ها تکمیل شود.
اعتبار: هماهنگی درونی، آلفا در دو بعد 0.86تا 0.96 و بازآزمایی 0.62 تا 0.68 پس از شش ماه
نمره گذاری: هر یک از بعد ها دارای 24 ماده است. گذشته از نمره برای هر بعد، نمره کل نیز محاسبه می شود.
0= “not true”‚ 1= “somewhat or sometimes true”‚ 2= “very true or often true”
