شرح سایت روان سنجی: این مقیاس موقعیت یا کارهایی که برای کارکردن محدودیت ایجاد می کنند را می سنجد. این مقیاس با سه مقیاس دیگر با عناوین " مقیاس تعارض های بین فردی در کار "، "سیاهه گرانباری کار" و "سیاهه نشانگان فیزیکی" به کار گرفته می شود.
