شرح سایت روان سنجی: این سیاهه مقدار یا کیفیت کار در شغل را، در برابر گرانباری که کار را دشوار می کند، می سنجد. این مقیاس با سه مقیاس دیگر با عناوین " مقیاس تعارض های بین فردی در کار "، " مقیاس محدودیت های سازمانی" و "سیاهه نشانگان فیزیکی" به کار گرفته می شود.
