شرح : این پرسشنامه برداشت معلم از مهارت های اجتماعی کودک را اندازه می گیرد. نسخه ای که در اولین نشانی دستیابی آورده شده است، دارای 19 گویه است . گویه های 20 به بعد، متعلق به نسخه "کوریگان 2003" است.
"کوریگان 2003" نسخه 12 گویه این مقیاس را نیز ارائه کرده است.
مقیاس صلاحیت های اجتماعی کودکان، نخست توسط Kendall and Wilcox "کندال و ویلکاکس 1979" پایه گذاری شد.

Point values are assigned as follows:
Not at all=1
A little =2
Moderately well=3
Well=4
Very well=5
Point values are assigned as indicated above. Two subscales are used: Prosocial Behavior (items 4‚ 6‚ 9-11 and 14-19) and Emotion Regulation (items 1-3‚ 5‚ 7‚ 8‚ 12 and 13). Items for each subscale are averaged. Higher scores indicate higher prosocial behavior or emotion regulation.
